​A GAIN working paper series prepared in collaboration with Tufts University and HarvestPlus that provides practical guidance on the selection and use of the most common dietary assessment methods used in nutrition programming: (i) Twenty four hour recall (24HR), (ii) Food frequency questionnaires/fortification rapid assessment tool (FFQ/FRAT), (iii) Food balance sheets (FBS), and (iv) Household consumption and expenditure surveys (HCES).
